A City roast of Guatemalan and Brazilian Arabica coffees with a very special Indian bean to maintain alertness and to increase crema enjoy whilst receiving instruction. This blend features one medium and two light and mild coffees. It's just what a deckhand needs when in port.

Special Note: Many times roasters "blend beans" in a nondescript way to bring the cost down per pound by either roasting older or or cheaper beans. This roast is a blend of different single-origin beans for a purposeful brew.
