A full city roast of two single origin Arabica Coffees. One high altitude Guatemalan and the other a lower altitude Brazilian. As a 100% all Arabica coffee, it is roasted to manage bitterness while providing body and flavor with the perfect acidity.

Special Note: Many times roasters "blend beans" in a nondescript way to bring the cost down per pound by either roasting older or or cheaper beans. This roast is a blend of different single-origin beans for a purposeful brew.
